The new headquarters of the Office of the National Water Resources (ONWR) in Nonthaburi stands as more than just an administrative hub; it is a landmark of architectural storytelling. By integrating cutting-edge Neonflex technology into its facade, the building translates the fluid essence of water into a vibrant nocturnal spectacle.

The design concept is rooted in the ONWR’s core mission: the management and conservation of Thailand’s water resources. The architects and lighting designers sought to mimic the organic flow of water.

The inspiration was drawn from the “ripple effect” and the rhythmic movement of currents. The goal was to ensure that even after sunset, the building continues to communicate its identity, transforming rigid structural lines into soft, glowing waves that represent life, energy, and the constant movement of the hydrological cycle.
